OMG I just made some ergonomic adjustments to my workspace and I feel sooo much better! I flipped my armrests so they're not armrests any more, just supports to hold the back on. That way I can raise the height of the chair without bumping against my desk. Now I don't have to cross my legs under my desk all the time. I also set my monitors on top of stacking letter trays turned upside down so I could raise them to almost eye level. Not perfect but 10x better than before!
